This was made from a print of an illustration from an antique medical book. Created directly on an oversized (5" x 3.25") switch plate and then coated for durability. The screw spacing is the same for an oversized switch plate, so it will almost alwaysfit where a standard size switch plate was before. Clean with a damp cloth (no abrasives) and this should last you for many many years. Comes with mounting screws.
