I ran across these really cool gears recently and made a bunch of different earrings with them. Under the gear are a couple washer that have been smashed on railroad tracks. Like most of my earrings, these are pretty industrial looking. Theses come with closing stainless steel hooks so they won't fall out of your ears, even if your lobes are stretched. They're about 5 inches long with the hook.
